TATProductions was founded by T. A. Terga for the purpose of finding and engaging an audience in the journey of self discovery through writing that she follows through the books published, the screenplays written, their pitching, and the continued growth and expansion of her psyche through inspiring and informational texts that arise from the inquiry of issues and observations of the collective consciousness in the environment.

She had taken a leap of faith to follow new dreams of writing books and screenplays. and on the flight discovered publishing and film production after a long teaching career. So she went to film school and produced a few shorts, premiered a 50 min movie in the adventure/fantasy genre based on an old story of an original Spider Woman from the rainforest tale she had repeatedly shared with students. All this on a single teacher's budget, can you image the cost?

She thought she would have a better chance at making her dreams come true if she learned more about writing for different kinds of media, and because she wanted to fit in a new industry. But after finishing advanced degrees, an MFA in Screenwriting and a MS in Media Management, sheI found the the window of opportunity may have already closed. Too old to be a new kid on the block, she settled for living in the swamp where it was more affordable and started this blog, published several books and continued polishing screenplays and looking for ways of pitching and getting exposure through contests and the side hustle of a freelance copywriter.

She recently formed a non profit organization to support artists like her looking to find their niche in the competitive world of the arts and created Conscious Arts Media Productions, a 501c3 that helps artists develop their projects with entrepreneurial skills as needed to achieve their goals. Artists deserve to make a living from their art and we as a society must be aware that art can help us heal and become a peaceful society.
